NYSEMA 2022 - Vendor Registration

Registration

• Break Sponsorship – $250.00 – $250.00
  Sponsorship of one of the vendor breaks during the conference.
• Dinner Sponsorship – $4,500.00 – $4,500.00
  Sponsorship of the NYSEMA dinner and annual awards program on Wednesday night.
• Gold Level - On-Site Vendor (2 person booth) – $700.00 – $700.00
  6 foot table with cloth, one electrical outlet, and two chairs.
  - Double booth spaces are available on request at an additional charge.
  - Breaks (pm) & Vendor Reception on Tuesday, breakfast, breaks (am/pm) & lunch on Wednesday and breakfast and break (am) on Thursday for 2 persons.
  - Each additional person attending will cost $150.
  - Telephone/internet connections are extra and can be arranged directly with the Embassy Suites Syracuse Destiny USA.
  - Promotional material in electronic form (including your logo) will be included in the NYSEMA conference material.
• Gold Level - On-Site Vendor (3 person booth) – $850.00 – $850.00
  6 foot table with cloth, one electrical outlet, and chairs for up to three people.
  - Double booth spaces are available on request at an additional charge.
  - Breaks (pm) & Vendor Reception on Tuesday, breakfast, breaks (am/pm) & lunch on Wednesday and breakfast and break (am) on Thursday for 3 persons.
  - Allows for three people to work the booth.
  - Telephone/internet connections are extra and can be arranged directly with the Embassy Suites Syracuse Destiny USA.
  - Promotional material in electronic form will be included in the NYSEMA conference material.
  - Includes all meals for vendors and allows attendance at all conference presentations.

  - Double booth spaces are available on request at an additional charge.

  - Allows for three people to work the booth.

  Sponsorship of lunch Tuesday or Wednesday of the conference.
• Silver Level - Advertising Only (NO Vendor Booth) – $250.00 – $250.00
  - Promotional material in electronic form (including your logo) will be included in the NYSEMA conference material.
